Day 4

Today the restaurant was open for lunch again. When we got there, we first lighted the fireplaces, which was not very easy because the wood was wet. While Helma was serving and Vincent was cooking, Vincent asked me to help him with the preparation of the other things. I cut and packed the spareribs and filled and packed the cuttlefish, which was very nice. After the lunch, we went home again and got back again for dinner. It was quite calm during dinner so I helped with preparing the restaurant for the next day, I folded the napkins and refilled the bar. When we were finished, we had a drink with the crew and went home again.
