Today we also had to be earlier at the restaurant for lunch. Helma and I first cleaned the terrace outside and after that we set the tables. After that I helped Vincent in the kitchen to prepare the fish for being smoked. When the guests arrived, they went to work and I finished their Facebookpage. After lunch we went home and 2 hours later we went back to the restaurant. Everything was already prepared for the guests so we only had to lit the fires. After that I updated their cashbook with the new menu. In between we had dinner ourselves, and Vincent makes his spareribs that well that the bones fall away from the meat clean when you only touch them, delicious! When the guests had left, we prepared the restaurant for the next day and went home.
