Today Vincent and I first went to the Makro for the shopping and got all the ingredients needed for the great recipies. We unloaded everything in the restaurant and got home for lunch. After lunch, we went back to the restaurant or work. While Vincent and Helma were busy cooking and helping the guests, I started with the Facebookpage (www.facebook.com/restaurant.marquis). I made the whole page with for example the menu, description of the restaurant and the location. When I was finished with the page and the guests had left, I helped the staff with the cleaning up and getting the tables ready for the next day.
